The plot is located just outside the town of Agios Nikolaos in eastern Crete. It is a five minute drive from the center of Agios Nikolaos and the center of Elounda. The location of the plot is amphitheatrical on a hillside, with stunning views of the birds from the town of Agios Nikolaos and the entire Mirabello bay.

The plot is located in an area where "private town planning" is authorized and approved by the state authorities. We have already begun the process of private urban planning with the acquisition of initial permits (feasibility study and environment, road links, etc.). And the architectural study is under way.
